i stood by it long enough, but enough is enough. its time to discard the stupid dinosaur and embrace the pwnage fox. i.e. change frm mozilla to firefox. i know i shlda done it a long time ago, but i only got around to doing it today, because mozilla lagged the hell of me when i was trying to get to soccernet. so....byebye red dino, hello fiery fox!

I got back my BSP test and research paper yay!!! and my research paper got DISTINCTION zOMFG DISTINCTION FOR PUTTING TOGETHER SCATTERED PIECES OF TOTAL CRAP!!! and...i think i will enccounter copyright problems no matter what occupation i choose to take...cos, for copying near 90% for e exam, i got 38 for BSP test!!! goes to show how useless the whole programme is.

since coming into hci, i made several lousy mistakes, well we all did, starting with going into the school even though we knew there will be IP in the very first place, its like giving yourself up as a guinea pig. not very smart. well, depending on how you look at it, the stupid choice has produced either bad or good results, to each his own. BUT this is one REALLY STUPID and TOTALLY HORRENDOUS choice that has given ABSOLUTELY LOUSY results. im talking, of course, of my choice, and of many others', to join BSP.

A whole pack of LIES. theres NOTHING that has been taught abt the west, and at best, what they have given us is a brief overview of what's going on in China now, and at worst, what they have given us is something bordering on propaganda of how China rox.

The main problem, perhaps, is that they havent been able to concentrate on any one subject, and that the time frame given for the teachers AND students is simply too short. two years to cover east and west? totally impossible, so they end up coughing up some bullsh*t excuse that we have enuff exposure to western culture, so they will do only China(not chinese) culture.

Why do i say not chinese culture, even though BSP stands for Bi-Cultural Studies Programme, so ppl naturally think its western and eastern culture? cos the culture they have told us about is all China, not Chinese culture, there is a difference. i mean china culture when i mean the trends unique to china, e.g. media, social fabric etc. etc.

zzz another lengthy post, i never intended to write so much, but it all came out when i thought about how BSP has been a totally sucky programme. and i havent even talked about what kind of an administrative nightmare it has been, especially for the students.
